Good night, the launcher runs and everything is fine, but when you automatically download a new version, it downloads everything but then when it finishes, it gets stuck downloading that file, which is found without any problem in the ftp just as I download the others .

As for your error please follow the troubleshooting guides in the Documentation. If you have an issue with one of the steps please indicate which one as well as provide your log file.
Please be sure to read the documentation. More than likely the answer to the question you are about to ask is there. Let's save us both the trouble 🙂

@cotemuniz - you need to follow the AOPS Troubleshooting Guides in the docs. The guide will help you generate a log to debug where the issue is.
If you get stuck with your log, feel free to upload your log to this thread and we will take a look and help you.
