We have a simple set of rules here, we are not authoritarian. We just want people to be nice, courteous and respectful towards each other and staff. If anyone is found infringing these rules, warnings maybe given and a ban maybe issued. We will not tolerate abuse towards other users or members of staff.
Do Not
- Message / Direct Email staff
- Spam (No unwanted/unsolicited links, Images or GIFs)
- Abuse tickets. Our ticket system is very strict. Please read the rules for each ticket department you wish to open a ticket for. Your ticket maybe insta-deleted if it doesn't follow the rules
- Share your license key(s). Never, ever share your license keys with anyone. Not even friends and family unless they are multi-user keys or you hold a team license. Single-user licenses are for you (the buyer) to use. We will not tolerate license key sharing and any bans resulting of misuse, will not be lifted.
- Swearing/Racist/Derogatory remarks, comments and suggestions are strictly not permitted. We do not tolerate discrimination in any forms on our forums.

- Use Common Sense. Be nice, kind and respectful towards Staff and other users!
- Enjoy yourself. Everyone is here to create, design and develop. Feel free to join in on forum threads and topics.
- Share your work. Feel free to showcase your talents, get feedback or just simply show off your skills in our Showcase area.
Piracy
We take a VERY strict stance on piracy of our products. We do not allow "license key sharing" between ANYONE. Licenses are PER USER, so if you are a Team then you can request additional licenses for additional users. Do not be sharing your key to your friends and saying "we are a team", our licenses do not work like this. You will be violating the product terms and your key could end up being banned. Once a key is banned, we will not lift the ban. So PLEASE do not share your license key with anyone. You paid for this key, so please treasure this key, it's yours to keep, let's not get it banned eh 😎
