How to Connect to FTP and Transfer Files Using Binary

To transfer files between your computer and our FTP server, you’ll need to connect using an FTP client. Here’s how to connect and transfer files using binary mode with three popular FTP clients:

FileZilla
  1. Obtain your FTP credentials.
  2. Download and install FileZilla.
  3. Launch FileZilla.
  4. Enter your FTP credentials in the appropriate fields.
  5. Click the “Connect” button to connect to our FTP server.
  6. Select “Transfer > Transfer Type > Binary” from the menu.
  7. Transfer files by dragging and dropping between your computer and the server.
Cyberduck
  1. Obtain your FTP credentials.
  2. Download and install Cyberduck.
  3. Launch Cyberduck.
  4. Enter your FTP credentials in the appropriate fields.
  5. Click the “Connect” button to connect to our FTP server.
  6. Click the gear icon in the transfer window and select “Binary” from the dropdown menu.
  7. Transfer files by dragging and dropping between your computer and the server.
WinSCP
  1. Obtain your FTP credentials.
  2. Download and install WinSCP.
  3. Launch WinSCP.
  4. Enter your FTP credentials in the appropriate fields.
  5. Click the “Connect” button to connect to our FTP server.
  6. Select “Transfer > Binary” from the menu.
  7. Transfer files by dragging and dropping between your computer and the server.
