Payment and Grace Period Policy

Termination for Non-Payment
If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, your account will be terminated and any data associated with the account will be permanently deleted. This includes all files, databases, and other data associated with your account. Once your account has been terminated, we will not be able to recover any data that was stored on the account.
We understand that there may be circumstances beyond your control that prevent timely payment. However, we must adhere to this policy in order to maintain the quality and accessibility of our services for all of our customers.
